RE: GENERAL GUIDELINES AND REGULATIONS- BROMPTON PARK CRESCENT

As the summer months are approaching we would like to remind residents of the general guidelines and regulations at Brompton Park Crescent:

1)         Noise

Music must not be played after 11.00 pm or before 8.00am and must not be audible in neighbouring flats. Residents are reminded any type of noise or anti social behaviour which effects other residents constitutes a nuisance under the terms of the lease and that the owner of the flat will be contacted and the appropriate action will be enforced.

2)            Parking

All vehicles must be parked in your allocated space/s. If vehicles are parked on the road or in someone else’s space they will be stickered, clamped and towed away.  No exceptions will be made.

3)         Refuse Disposal

Refuse bags should be tied securely and placed in the paladin bins in the nearest bin store.  DO NOT leave rubbish bags outside your flat front door.  Anything which is not household refuse should NOT BE  put in the stores and  must be disposed of by the individual resident. Action will be taken against anyone seen ‘fly tipping’

4)            Security

Please ensure that all doors are securely locked at all times and no access is given to unidentified callers by way of the entry phone.

5)         Storage of Items and Washing

Under the terms of the lease it is strictly prohibited to store any items in the common areas or on the balconies. You must not hang washing on balconies or patios.

6)            Barbecues

Barbecues must not be used on any part of the estate. This is to ensure that all Health and Safety regulations are followed and so not to cause a nuisance to fellow residents.
